FAQs

My payment is greater than my credit card limit. How should I handle this?

If the payment you would like to make exceeds your credit card limit, you will have to reduce your payment to an amount less than your limit. Or, you may wish to call your credit card company and have your limit increased.

Please contact arinquiry@uwaterloo.ca with any follow up questions.

Can I pay my US dollar invoice online?

No, only Canadian dollar invoices can be paid online. Please see the 'Payment Options' tab for other available methods of payment.

Why do I not see my invoice when I log in?

If the invoice is in US dollars, it will not be displayed. If the invoice was issued in Canadian and does not appear, please contact arinquiry@uwaterloo.ca with any follow up questions on the invoice status.

Why do I see more invoices than the one I am paying?

The University of Waterloo has a central database of customers. By logging into the customer account shown on the invoice, all unpaid invoices under that customer number are visible.
